2. Once you receive your RA number, securely package the item(s) you wish to return, including a copy of your order confirmation or packing slip.

Refund Process:

• Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item(s). We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
• If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

Exchanges:

Unfortunately, we are unable to process exchanges at this time. If you wish to exchange an item, please initiate a return for the original item and place a new order for the desired item separately.

Shipping Costs:
